Now during this time you will need to contact them daily for them to tell you it’s being processed. Giving you false hope. Then you need to be prepared for phone calls at all hours of the nightday by a different salesman (broker) telling you that you have done without this money for this long you obviously don’t need it. You need to be very firm with these people that call don’t raise you voice and speak calmly otherwise you get verbally abused. Now Binary Brokerz has said that he will get his money back if he responds to two emails. BUT the emails actually contain a form to complete which says that he has to complete all ‘turnover requirements’ before his money can be returned. They are also asking for account verification (drivers licence details, etc) knowing full well he doesn’t want to continue.

He wants his money back as he made a mistake signing up with them thinking it was a different type of organisation. Rather than simply refund his money, they are actually asking him to ‘formalise’ his account. The forms sent are crude and have typos. To what intent and purpose do they want him to formalise an account at this stage? A legit company would have done this prior to taking his money and certainly not at this stage. Took out money without my consent. I called the support department right away and told them what happened, fortunately they refunded back to me. I was trying to withdraw the money I deposited with them before it get lost in trading. I was told to send my documents including DOD. After I provided all requirements including the DOD I didn’t get anything. I filed for chargeback after that but nothing they can do about it since I signed the DOD. I wonder if the chargeback went in my favour if I have not sign it. Good luck to yours. I lost $18,000 when Binary Brokerz quit servicing me. That was the amount I deposited and my current balance.
